To the Committee on Purposes and Policies shall be referred all resolutions or matters presented to this Grand Lodge affecting or changing the established policies of this Grand Lodge, or in any way modifying or restricting the Ancient Customs and Usages of Freemasonry; provided, that this regulation shall not apply to resolutions involving changes in the Laws referred to the Committee on Masonic Jurisprudence. The Committee on Purposes and Polices shall examine and consider all matters referred to it by the Grand Master or Grand Lodge and make report thereon with its recommendation.
