It shall be the duty of the Committee on Memorials to prepare and submit to this Grand Lodge at each Annual Communication an appropriate eulogy upon the Masonic history and services of deceased members of this Grand Lodge and other Grand Jurisdictions, and suitable resolutions concerning deceased members of Subordinate Lodges. Said Committee shall also examine and report to this Grand Lodge upon such other questions as may be submitted to it by this Grand Lodge or the Grand Master.
