Announcing the "Masons - Capture the Grand Moments in Texas" phography contest, hosted by the Texas Internet Commmittee of the Grand Lodge of Texas.


Take me to the photos!

 

Get your cameras into action again! Capture those precious moments that will last a life time. Whether it is a friend, a grandchild,brother, wife, mother, daughter, son, niece, father, nephew, uncle or grandparents; savor those poignant moments and share them with the Grand Lodge photo contest. We want to see the happiness of Masons, the reflected beauty of Texas lakes, Texas landscapes, Texas seascapes, events, games, etc. ....All in the life of a Texas Mason.


Then lock and load that digital shutter box and snap until your hearts contented. Fun - Fun - Fun - Have a ball!

 
Anything that Masons care about, we want to see the photographs that have captured those Grand Moments in your life. Test your talent now! We've got judges just waiting to smile on your entries.

 

Some guidelines:
 * Photos should reflect the theme "Masons – Capture the Grand Moments in Texas" - they may include scenery, buildings, people or wildlife... or any combination. Pictures that relate to the Masonic Fraternity are encouraged, but Masonic reference is not necessary, and carries no weight in the judging. The contest is open to all Texas Masons or members of the Eastern Star in Texas. Photos from non-members will be displayed, but will not be included in the judging.

* Photos may have been taken anytime during the past 3 years, and should be in electronic .jpg format, and no larger than 2MB in file size. PLEASE DO NOT SEND PRINTS - we do not have the resources to scan them for you. ...AND
please do not enter any photos that  you entered last year!

 

Send your photos to: jdarrell@jdkcom.com  Be sure to put "Texas Photo Contest" in the subject line. You may enter up to THREE photos. Send only one photo per email, and be sure to give a good description of the photo, where and when it was taken, the camera used, and the photographer's name and lodge. Detailed stories to accompany each photo are ENCOURAGED.
