Open to all Master Masons. Officer of Lodges and Appendant Bodies are especially encouraged to attend the 2008 Warden’s Retreat Program. Ladies are encouraged to attend and participate in program designed especially for them.

LEADERSHIP

The Warden’s Retreat Program of the Grand Lodge of Texas is the education program that prepares Senior and Junior Wardens to accept the leadership role as Master of their lodges. In addition, there is an educational program for the ladies to prepare them to assist their Masons in being successful as Master. There are separate programs for the Junior Wardens and Senior Wardens. The Retreat Program is presented by the Committee on Masonic Education and Service and the elected Grand Lodge Officers and their Ladies.

Open to aU interested Master Masons, participants engage in classroom type instruction, team building and group activities, and open question and answer periods. The program is structured, fast paced, intense and provides opportunities to exercise leadership and management skills. There are opportunities to visit one-on-one with the instructors and Grand Lodge Officers.

Registration begins Friday afternoon at 5:00 p.m. with the program kicking off at 7:00 p.m. and ending at Noon Sunday. Participants receive all retreat supplies and materials, three meals on Saturday, breakfast on Sunday.

Designed for Texas Masons, the program is open to aD Master Masons and the Ladies. Officers of the Lodges and appendant Masonic bodies are especially encouraged to attend. Make your plans now to join us for the 2008 Retreat Program and prepare to lead your Masonic organization into the future

FEES:            The registration fee is $200.00 for a Warden and $125.00 for Ladies, if received four (4) weeks in advance. There is a $30.00 late registration fee for all registrations received at Grand Lodge within four (4) weeks of the retreat. All retreat participants must pay required fees. A two-night hotel package (excluding state taxes) is available for the participants at a special Retreat rate and is subject to a seven (7) day cancellation policy. A fee schedule is listed on the registration form.
